Terms And Conditions - Laundry Services

  • Customers are asked to collect the invoice or challan after delivery of laundry for processing.
  • If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of any service offered, customers should get in touch with the store or the company within 24 hours for resolution.
  • Customers are requested to examine the articles at the time of delivery. Any Refund/Cancellation/complaints sought for by customer will be entertained only when received within 48 hrs of the work done. We do not take responsibility for damage not reported within this time frame.
  • We are not responsible for fastness, color bleed, color running, shrinkage damages to embellishment or embroidery work on the articles during processing.
  • We follow a “No Claim” policy. All articles are accepted at customer's risk. We shall not be held responsible for damage to articles that cannot withstand the normal cleaning or dry cleaning process. We shall not be held responsible for articles that are damaged due to the ageing process of inferior quality of clothes.
  • We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments or Jewelry fittings on clothes getting damaged during the processing.
  • We would not take any responsibility for the clothes of the customers beyond 3 weeks of the scheduled delivery date.
  • In case any piece of articles or linen gets damaged during the processing for any reasons other than the ones outlined above, the compensation for the customer would be limited to 10 times the value of the charges specified to the customer for the processing.
  • We put in our best efforts to ensure timely pickup and delivery; however there might be incidents beyond our control or incidences of Force Majeure where we are unable to stick to the timelines, in such cases, customer cannot claim any compensation, refunds or any reduction in charges.
  • We would not take any responsibility for valuable items, cash etc. inadvertently kept in the articles which is mutilated or unrecoverable after processing.
  • At TCS, we would be putting in our best efforts to remove any stains or unwanted marks on the clothes; however we cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains or marks. Customers will have not claim whatsoever or no rights to ask for deduction in processing charges on account of this.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati only.
  • Lost Item : In order to receive reimbursement, any missing items must be reported in writing to The Cleaning Station within seven(7) days of the delivery of the completed order. All claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Items are considered lost fourteen(14) business days after the initial claim has been made. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted under applicable law, any reimbursement for a dry cleaning or household laundry item deemed lost by TCS shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten(10) times the charge for cleaning the lost item(not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment.
  • The Cleaning Station is a venture of Go Green Launderomat (P) Ltd. and reserves the right to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.

Terms And Conditions - Car Detailing

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.
  • We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area.
  • We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.
  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type
  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions.
  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk
  • All orders placed require address, package, and vehicle condition verification.
  • We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.

Terms And Conditions - Home Deep Cleaning

  • The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage, damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle customer to no refunds or recovery cleanings.
  • In case of poor service company will rectify problems arising as a result of its work.
  • Requires the presence of the customer or his or hers representative at the start and end of the cleaning session as an inspection can happen to suggest any corrections which are required to be made on the same day.
  • We could take up to 2 working days to respond to any sort of complaint.
  • Complaints are accepted over the phone and in writing such as email ([email protected]) . Complaints require to be reported on completion or in the following 24-hour after the cleaning session took place.
  • All fragile items must be taken care of by the costumer. Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewelry and items of value (the customer will be credited with the items present cash value), art and antiques.
